Vanaf 1974 is onze Fysiotherapiepraktijk geopend voor Hollandscheveld & omgeving. Fysio-HN is gevestigd in het Gezondheidscentrum Hollandscheveld en we streven samen met de andere disciplines naar een optimale eerste lijnzorg voor Hollandscheveld en omstreken.

Locatie Noordscheschut

In 2016 hebben we een tweede locatie geopend in Noordscheschut en vanaf 2018 is onze praktijk locatie gevestigd aan het zwarte Dijkje 32. Hierdoor zijn we makkelijker te bereiken voor onze patiënten uit Noordscheschut en omgeving en kunnen we intensief samenwerken met de Huisartsenpraktijk Ettenheim & Huisartsenpraktijk Noordscheschut en de andere zorgverleners in Noordscheschut en omgeving.
